As well, ignore the ‘all utilities included’ nonsense. The costs of utilities when they are included is obviously built into the monthly rent fee. Do not, for a moment, think that a landlord is going to provide those utilities without adding them to the rent fees. Besides, if you pay your own utilities, then YOU can control the levels of usage and only pay for what you actually use.
